We are representing a leading brand in the DTC subscription space; they are looking for a Performance Creative Lead to own the end-to-end creative engine powering paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and emerging performance channels. You’ll lead and mentor a cross-functional creative team, build the systems that scale output, and ensure they consistently create best-in-class performance ads. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and grow the performance creative team
- Set creative quality standards and implement efficient workflows
- Own creative strategy for paid channels
- Analyse performance data to identify winning concepts
- Oversee ideation and production from concept to delivery
- Guide scriptwriting and concept development
- Lead briefing for internal teams and external creators
