We're looking for a data-driven Paid Social Strategist who knows that great performance creative starts with customer insight.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing direct-to-consumer subscription brand that's transforming its category through a performance-first approach and relentless creative testing.

You'll work closely with performance marketers, media buyers and creators to develop winning concepts for Meta and Tik Tok, using customer research, performance data and creative experimentation to drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop performance creative strategies for Meta and Tik Tok
  • Analyse campaign data to identify winning creatives
  • Turn customer insights into high-converting creative concepts
  • Write conversion-focused scripts for UGC & paid social
  • Produce detailed creative briefs for editors & creators
  • Review test results and extract key learnings
  • Collaborate closely with media buyers and senior creative strategists

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in Creative Strategy or Performance Marketing
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience writing performance-focused scripts
  • Commercial mindset with an understanding of creative testing.
  • Experience within a D2C subscription or ecommerce business
