Cranberry Panda is supporting a major global e-commerce retailer with the hire of an E-commerce Commercial Enablement Manager for their European business. This role will lead a regional commercial enablement agenda, building capability across 1P retail, category/merchandising, supply chain and commercial strategy.
You’ll be central to developing how commercial teams operate, making sure they have the knowledge, tools and best practice to deliver performance at scale.
What you’ll be doing
- Own the European commercial enablement roadmap, aligned to wider business goals.
- Create and run enablement programmes across:
- Category & merchandising excellence
- Commercial operations and supply chain
- Retail/e-commerce strategy and planning
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in e-commerce or retail commercial roles (1P, category, merchandising, supply chain, or commercial strategy).
- Proven experience building and delivering commercial learning/enablement through formal programmes or in-role leadership.
- Strong understanding of how online retail businesses drive growth through commercial execution.
- Comfortable operating in a high-tempo, scaling environment.
- Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder skills.
- Able to run multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience with adult learning design, digital learning platforms, or blended programmes.
- CIPD / PMP / ATD or similar certifications.
