A high‐growth DTC luxury fashion business is scaling fast and hiring its first dedicated CRM specialist. This is a hands‐on role within a lean marketing team, ideal for someone who enjoys getting into the detail and wants exposure, responsibility, and room to grow. You'll work closely with a strong marketing lead and play a key role in shaping how CRM is built and scaled as the business rebrands and moves into its next phase.
The role involves taking ownership of day‐to‐day CRM activity, working across campaigns, automation, segmentation and testing. This is very much a doing role, suited to someone who understands performance, likes working with data and enjoys improving results through testing and optimisation.
You will be involved in:
- Building and delivering CRM campaigns and lifecycle flows
- Managing segmentation, targeting and send schedules
- Analysing performance and running A/B tests
- Improving engagement, retention and repeat purchase
- Working closely with wider teams in a fast‐paced environment
What they are looking for:
- Hands‐on CRM experience at Senior Exec or Assistant Manager level (2‐4 years' experience needed)
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and metrics
- Experience using Klaviyo or similar CRM/email platforms
- Background in luxury, fashion, or multi‐brand retail is highly desirable
- Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
- Curious, proactive and keen to develop as the role grows
