We’re working with a fast-growing, high-energy DTC brand on a mission to redefine a category through premium, high-quality products and they’re now looking to build a scalable partnerships and affiliates engine from the ground up. This is an opportunity to own, build and scale a performance-driven channel.
The Opportunity:
- Take full ownership of affiliates, inserts and partnerships end-to-end
- Turn early foundations into a repeatable, scalable growth channel
- Drive high-intent acquisition through trusted brands, communities and creators
- Build commercial models that actually deliver
Responsibilities:
- Own affiliate strategy across publishers, creators, loyalty & communities
- Optimise platforms and agency relationships
- Build and scale an inserts channel with real untapped potential
- Source, negotiate and launch high-impact brand partnerships
- Create playbooks, test frameworks and scalable growth systems
- Track performance across revenue, CAC, conversion and incrementality
Requirements:
- Proven experience in affiliates and/or partnerships
- Strong commercial mindset; you understand margin, incentives & ROI
- Track record of building or scaling a channel, not just managing
- Confident pitching, negotiating and closing partners
- Data-led, organised, and able to move quickly
