I’m working on an Acquisition & Performance Marketing Manager role for a DTC FMCG business going through a major growth and transformation phase. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a brand that’s investing heavily into its DTC function, with clear growth targets, new leadership, and significant focus on scaling digital performance.
The business already has an established customer base and strong brand heritage, but they’re now evolving the way they approach ecommerce, acquisition and customer growth — creating a much broader and more modern DTC proposition.

- Supporting landing page and customer journey optimisation
- Helping drive a more joined-up acquisition strategy across the wider DTC function
- Testing new channels, ideas and growth opportunities
- Strong experience across acquisition, performance or growth marketing
- Challenger brand or scale-up background with a DTC focus (ideally FMCG or comparable)
- Good understanding of paid social and digital acquisition channels
- Experience managing agencies and driving performance outcomes
- Commercially minded and highly data-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Someone who enjoys testing, learning and improving performance
- Subscription or recurring revenue experience
- Experience across partnerships, influencers or affiliate channels
- Hybrid working, 2 days per week onsite
- Travel between office locations will be required
- Travel expenses covered for the secondary office location
