We’re hiring a Head of eCommerce (permanent) to own and scale the digital trading performance across two premium brands within a PE-backed group. This is a rare chance to step into a role with real autonomy, visibility, and the backing to invest as growth accelerates.
The opportunity
- Lead eCommerce for two different propositions:
- Brand A: A premium product-led business with a loyal customer base and significant headroom for digital growth
- Brand B: A high-end, niche label with a smaller online footprint today and clear potential to expand through sharper trading and customer experience
What you’ll be doing
- Own end-to-end eCommerce trading across both sites
- Drive revenue through merchandising, CRO, on-site journey optimisation, and insight-led iteration
- Build and own performance reporting (KPIs, dashboards, trading packs) and confidently present to senior stakeholders
- Partner with acquisition/performance marketing to improve traffic quality, conversion and customer value
- Shape the roadmap and prioritise initiatives with a clear commercial lens
- Influence team build as results land - the business is ready to invest once traction is proven
What we’re looking for
- Strong eCommerce trading leadership (Head of / Senior eCom Manager level)
- Commercially sharp and data-led - able to turn performance insight into action fast
- Experience operating in a premium/luxury or high-AOV environment (or adjacent), with strong customer/brand sensibility
- Comfortable in lean setups: hands-on execution + stakeholder management
- Bonus if you’ve supported a business through a meaningful growth phase (scale, complexity, revenue trajectory)
If you’re an eCommerce leader who enjoys building, optimising, and scaling premium brands - drop me a message for a confidential chat.
