Location: Yorkshire. Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + bonus. Permanent. This role will require some on-site time in the office in Yorkshire.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's fastest-growing consumer brands as Head of Amazon.
This is a newly created leadership role offering full ownership of a rapidly growing Amazon business, with the opportunity to shape strategy, build a high-performing team and play a key role in the company's next phase of growth.
The business has experienced significant year-on-year growth across multiple channels and is now looking for an ambitious Amazon specialist to take ownership of its marketplace strategy and accelerate growth across both the UK and international markets.
This is not a role where you\'ll simply manage existing activity.
You\'ll have genuine autonomy, influence and the opportunity to make commercial decisions that directly impact business performance.
The Role
- Own the Amazon P&L and overall marketplace strategy.
- Drive revenue, profitability and market share growth.
- Develop and execute the commercial roadmap across UK and international marketplaces.
- Lead Amazon trading, promotions, pricing and category performance.
- Oversee Amazon advertising strategy, either directly or through specialist partners.
- Optimise listings, catalogue performance, conversion and organic ranking.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, supply chain and customer service.
- Build the internal Amazon capability and recommend future team growth.
- Identify new opportunities for international expansion and marketplace development.
About You
We\'re looking for someone who has successfully grown an Amazon business within a consumer brand and enjoys taking ownership.
You\'ll ideally have experience with
- Amazon Seller Central.
- Amazon PPC and retail media.
- Amazon trading and commercial planning.
- Pricing, promotions and profitability management.
- Catalogue optimisation and conversion improvement.
- Marketplace analytics and reporting.
- International Amazon marketplaces.
- Managing agencies and external partners.
- Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, health, nutrition, beauty, lifestyle or DTC brands
