We’re working with a well-established, global lifestyle retail brand to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to drive performance across European markets. This is a high-impact role focused on scaling digital channels, improving ROAS, and delivering growth across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, and SEO. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and have real ownership of performance strategy and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Owning and optimising multi-channel digital performance across EU markets
- Managing agency partners and driving accountability on results
- Leading paid social in-house, from planning through to performance analysis
- Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting
- Identifying growth opportunities through data-led insights
- Collaborating cross-functionally with ecommerce, trading, and brand teams
- Managing and developing a junior team member
Requirements:
- Experience within retail / ecommerce
