I'm partnering with an established retail business to find an E-Commerce Manager who can take ownership of a growing DTC channel and help shape the next stage of its online growth.
The Shopify site already has a solid trading base, but there is a lot more that can be done across trading, CRO, digital marketing, retention and new channel development.
- Take ownership of an established Shopify site with clear scope to improve performance, conversion and revenue.
- Build out Amazon as a new sales channel, with the chance to shape how it is set up and scaled.
- Work in a hands-on role where you can own trading, performance, agencies, site improvements and channel growth.
- Bring ideas around customer journey, acquisition, retention, merchandising and commercial opportunities.
- Join a stable retail business with the backing, infrastructure and appetite to invest in online growth.

Owning the day-to-day trading performance of the Shopify site, looking at conversion, customer journey, product presentation and commercial opportunities.

Working with external agencies across paid media and SEO, making sure activity is joined up, commercially focused and delivering against clear goals.
Using performance data to understand what is working, where the gaps are and what needs to change.
Working closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders to understand the product range, shape priorities and move projects forward.
E-commerce experience in a hands-on trading or site management role.
Strong Shopify experience, including site management, product set-up and optimisation.
Experience improving conversion, customer journey and online trading performance.
Good understanding of paid media, SEO and how to manage external agencies.
Comfortable using data, spreadsheets and performance reporting to make decisions.
