I’m looking for a Senior Ecommerce Manager to join a well-established homewares group that’s now building out its DTC offering across a growing portfolio of brands. This is a hands-on role with clear ownership. You’ll be responsible for how the sites are structured, merchandised, tracked and improved, working with ecommerce assistants and external agencies to get things delivered.

Why this role

  • Established, profitable group who are traditionally B2B and now investing in DTC (at scale and pace!)
  • DTC is still being built, so there’s huge scope to shape how things work and grow with the business.
  • Lean, commercial culture with trust and ownership.
  • Clear accountability — you can see the impact of what you do.
  • Mix of established sites and new launches – you will own 3-4 of their newer sites, meaning you’ll have large impact from day one.
  • Flexible working, with occasional travel when being on-site makes sense (their brand offices are based across the UK).

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning product data across sites: structure, consistency, imagery/content standards and launches.
  • Managing onsite merchandising: PLPs, categories, landing pages, navigation and discovery.
  • Leading UX and CRO: improvement roadmap, testing and optimisation.
  • Owning the development roadmap with third-party partners: briefs, priorities, QA and releases.
  • Improving platform setup: tools, plugins and integrations.
  • Owning measurement and analytics: tagging, GA4 setup, reporting and insight.
  • Working with agencies on technical SEO: site health, speed and structure.
  • Managing a small team of ecommerce assistants supporting delivery.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong DTC ecommerce experience, ideally across multiple sites or brands (ideally in homeware).
  • A proven track record in delivering substantial ecommerce growth.
  • Comfortable owning product data, merchandising, CRO and analytics.
  • Hands-on with GA4 and tag management.
  • Confident managing external developers and agencies.
  • Organised, delivery-focused and commercially minded.
  • Experience with Shopify and/or Magento.

If you like ownership, responsibility and enjoy scaling ecommerce brands, this is a solid opportunity. Please note, you must be UK based with full RTW to apply for this role.
