This profitable DTC brand is looking for growth in 2025 and needs a strong Ecommerce Trading Manager to join the team and own their DTC website.

The Role

This role reports into the Ecommerce Director and will have plenty of autonomy. Areas you will be overseeing:

  • Website Trading
  • Content Management
  • Merchandising and Site Maintenance
  • CRO and testing – huge opportunity to own and develop this area!
  • Website Operations (overseeing the customer service team)
  • Manage an Ecom Exec

This role needs someone who is hungry and looking to develop their career – someone with a growth mindset who isn’t looking to ‘coast’ through daily BAU.

What you need:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a trade heavy role – with a track record in delivering growth.
  • Beauty experience is ideal, but similar DTC backgrounds considered if it’s a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Shopify experience is a must.
  • Being numbers driven is essential – driving strategy with data etc.
  • A background in CRO and a strong interest in this area.
  • Experience with Klaviyo would be an advantage.
  • Strong with Google Analytics - GA4 certified would be an advantage.
