£50,000 - £60,000 base salary + £7,000 car allowance + 15% bonus and great benefits such as private medical.

Location: UK, Maidenhead (Hybrid working - 2 days from home / 3 days in office - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

About the role

  • Develop and deliver e-commerce growth strategies across multiple channels, including retail, social commerce, and quick commerce.
  • Manage performance marketing agencies and other external vendors to maximise ROI and ensure best-in-class delivery.
  • Build compelling business cases, test new initiatives, and embed successful models into core commercial plans.
  • Lead the development of online content best practices and equip sales teams to deliver consistent, high-quality execution.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure joined-up activity and impactful delivery.
  • Use insight, data and creative thinking to unlock new opportunities and influence senior stakeholders.

About you

  • Experienced in e-commerce or digital commercial strategy within consumer goods.
  • Strong track record managing agencies and third-party vendors.
  • Experience launching new e-commerce initiatives such as TikTok shop or within quick commerce is a big plus.
  • Excellent at using online data and analytics to inform and shape decision-making.
  • A strategic thinker who can translate ideas into clear plans and actions.
  • Confident influencing across functions and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Curious, results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
