Are you an experienced eCommerce professional passionate about optimising online shopping experiences and driving meaningful engagement?

We\’re looking for a skilled InterimeCommerce Merchandiserto join a purpose-driven team in Amsterdam for a fixed-term role.

You’ll shape how customers interact with a dynamic digital product range across multiple European markets, ensuring every online journey reflects brand integrity, commercial performance, and an exceptional user experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead onsite merchandising for a diverse product range across EMEA.
• Ensure products are accurately displayed, visually compelling, and easy to shop.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Analytics, and CX) to align site strategy with business goals.
• Analyse performance data and customer behaviour to optimise conversion and engagement.
• Support campaign launches, seasonal refreshes, and UX testing to maintain best-in-class standards.
• React quickly to changing priorities, using insights to guide online assortment and presentation.
• Drive site improvements through continuous testing, A/B experimentation, and data-led decision-making.

What You Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in onsite merchandising, trading, or digital retail roles.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Bloomreach, or similar.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce UX, content management, and analytics tools.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to work effectively across international teams.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
• Fluency in English (additional European languages a plus).
• A genuine passion for sustainability, the outdoors, or purpose-led work is highly valued.
