This small but established fashion brand is looking to take on an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead end-to-end website and digital channels. Please note that this role needs someone who thrives in an office environment, as they operate on 4 days office based.

The Role
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for owning and developing the DTC, marketplace and digital channels. Here is a brief overview of the role:
- Ecommerce and marketplace strategy and management.
- Site merchandising.
- Web content and updates.
- UX experience and web optimisation.
- Acquisition and Retention strategy and implementation.
- Analytics and Reporting.
- Ecommerce team management.

- A proven track record in delivering DTC ecommerce growth.
- Experience in a retail or fashion brand is crucial.
