We have partnered with a leading department store company representing luxury brands from around the globe. They are looking for an experienced Digital Analyst to join the Digital Analytics team to support the analysis and improvements of their digital performance across their website, app and digital marketing activities.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing, Trade, Design and Content teams, acting as a central point of insight
- Management of digital testing program (from ideation to delivery)
- Communicate key digital insights to stakeholders, including senior management
- Partner with the Analytics & Research teams in delivering insights to drive change and results within the business
About You:
Experience with the following:
- Web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, ideally GA4
- User behaviour/heatmap tools such as ContentSquare (preferred), Hotjar etc.
Beneficial Experience:
- Experience working in the retail/luxury sector
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms
- Experience with coding/data manipulation and data warehousing (i.e. SQL, Google BigQuery)
