6 month contract (June start) Global Fashion Retailer London-based - 3 days a week onsite
We’re currently partnering with a leading global retail brand to find a Digital Coordinator for a 6-month contract based in London (hybrid, minimum 3 days in office). This role sits within a fast-growing eCommerce function and focuses on delivering engaging live digital shopping experiences across multiple European markets.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the planning and execution of live commerce broadcasts, ensuring a high-quality and engaging customer experience
- Assisting with content creation, script planning, and product styling for live sessions
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams (marketing, ecommerce, retail, VM, and localisation) to ensure seamless delivery
- Managing operational setup for live streaming tools and platforms
- Overseeing live broadcasts, including directing, floor management, and real-time coordination
- Monitoring performance metrics and supporting post-event analysis and reporting
- Acting as a key contact for live commerce activity and troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Conducting competitor and market research to continuously improve the live shopping experience
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with data and detail-oriented
- Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Confident using Microsoft Office and picking up new digital tools quickly
