Fast-growing and forward-thinking, this entrepreneurial ecommerce business is home to a portfolio of successful online brands β and they are on a mission to scale fast. They are looking for a hands-on Amazon Brand Manager to take ownership of one of their biggest brands and drive growth across Amazon.
The Role- Reporting into the Brand Director, you will manage performance, optimisation and growth across key marketplaces, with full responsibility for sales, creative, and PPC performance.
- Own the day-to-day brand trading performance and drive results across Amazon.
- Work with PPC, design and logistics to optimise listings, ads, and campaigns.
- Analyse data to spot opportunities, make fast decisions and improve performance.
- Manage pricing, promotions, and deal strategies to boost sales and conversion.
- Support on product launches and stock planning in collaboration with sourcing teams.
- Oversee listing optimisation, A+ content, imagery, and brand storytelling.
- Expand product ranges and markets, including opportunities in the US and Europe.
- Produce regular reports, feeding back insights and ideas for growth.
- You are proactive, confident and love taking ownership. Fast-paced, commercial environments excite you β and you know how to make things happen.
- Experience in Amazon Brand Management (3P ideally).
- Strong grasp of PPC, listing optimisation, and data-led decision making.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, with solid organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Analytical and commercially minded β you are across your metrics and love driving growth.
- Confident communicator who collaborates well with cross-functional teams (PPC, creative, logistics etc.).
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial and adaptable β you get stuck in and keep things moving.
