✨Know Your Amazon Inside Out

Make sure you brush up on your Amazon knowledge before the interview. Understand how the platform works, especially in terms of P&L management and promotional strategies. Being able to discuss specific examples of how you've optimised content or driven growth will show that you're not just familiar with the platform, but that you can truly make an impact.

✨Showcase Your Strategic Thinking

Prepare to discuss how you've shaped strategy in previous roles. Think about times when you've influenced change or delivered commercial impact. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answers, making it easy for the interviewer to see your thought process and the results of your actions.

Highlight any experiences where you’ve led projects or initiatives that required input from various departments, showcasing your organisational skills and ability to drive results.

✨Prepare Questions That Matter

Interviews are a two-way street, so come prepared with insightful questions. Ask about the company's expansion plans or how they measure success on Amazon. This shows your genuine interest in the role and helps you assess if the company aligns with your career goals.
