We’re working with a fast-growing, high-energy DTC brand on a mission to redefine a category through premium, high-quality products and they’re now looking to build a scalable partnerships and affiliates engine from the ground up. This is an opportunity to own, build and scale a performance-driven channel.

The Opportunity

  • Take full ownership of affiliates, inserts and partnerships end-to-end
  • Turn early foundations into a repeatable, scalable growth channel
  • Drive high-intent acquisition through trusted brands, communities and creators
  • Build commercial models that actually deliver

Responsibilities

  • Own affiliate strategy across publishers, creators, loyalty & communities
  • Optimise platforms and agency relationships
  • Build and scale an inserts channel with real untapped potential
  • Source, negotiate and launch high-impact brand partnerships
  • Create playbooks, test frameworks and scalable growth systems
  • Track performance across revenue, CAC, conversion and incrementality

Requirements

  • Proven experience in affiliates and/or partnerships
  • Track record of building or scaling a channel, not just managing
  • Confident pitching, negotiating and closing partners
  • Data‑led, organised, and able to move quickly
