We are working with a scaling Digital Marketing Agency in London to help them hire for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist. Affiliate Marketing has been a growing service for the agency over the last few years and you will play a key role in shaping the channel's future and success!
They are looking for someone to come in and own the affiliate programmes for their growing list of clients (advertisers) they currently service in this space. This is an exciting opportunity that will move into an Affiliate Marketing Lead role, where you can build and grow a team in the near future!
About the Role:- Work across 5-8 affiliate clients, owning the execution of all affiliate work.
- Publisher recruitment through outreach and relationship building.
- Hands on in the platforms (Rakuten, AWIN etc.).
- Continual optimisation of your campaigns, including uploading new creative and links based on promotions and strategy.
- Working closely with Client Strategy Managers and the Affiliates Lead to execute on affiliate strategy.
- Define publisher mix and commission strategies.
- Reporting on your results using metrics relevant to your campaigns, including weekly performance monitoring and monthly/end of campaign reports.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to external clients and internal teammates. This means meeting deadlines, being proactive, and being flexible in your delivery.
- 1-2 years experience working in a hands-on affiliate marketing role.
- Flexible on background - open to agency, network or brand side experience.
- Passionate about eCommerce and experience working in this space.
- Confident in building and managing affiliate campaigns across a range of platforms.
- Track record of designing and executing creative campaigns.
- Ability to effectively use campaign insights and performance metrics to continually optimise and improve performance of campaigns.
- Come up with campaign ideas, offer strategies and clever headlines/hooks based on an understanding of how consumers behave.
- Excellent relationship building & management skills - liaise with publish partners, create clear briefs etc.
- Strong analysis skills - ability to look at data and provide insights, recommendations etc.
