I’m working on an Acquisition & Performance Marketing Manager role for a DTC FMCG business going through a major growth and transformation phase.

This is a really exciting opportunity to join a brand that’s investing heavily into its DTC function, with clear growth targets, new leadership, and significant focus on scaling digital performance.

The business already has an established customer base and strong brand heritage, but they’re now evolving the way they approach ecommerce, acquisition and customer growth — creating a much broader and more modern DTC proposition.

Why this role

  • Business is investing heavily into DTC growth and digital transformation
  • Opportunity to help shape acquisition strategy during a major scale-up phase
  • Broad exposure across paid social, search, partnerships and emerging channels
  • Fast-moving environment with strong commercial focus
  • Chance to work closely with senior leadership and influence growth strategy
  • Mix of challenger-brand mentality with the backing of a larger established business
  • Culture focused on testing, learning and moving quickly

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing acquisition activity across paid social, search and digital performance channels
  • Working closely with external agencies to improve campaign performance and efficiency
  • Monitoring and optimising key metrics including ROAS, CAC and conversion
  • Identifying opportunities to unlock incremental growth across new and existing channels
  • Supporting campaign planning, messaging and creative direction
  • Working cross-functionally with CRM, ecommerce and product teams
  • Using performance and customer data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Supporting landing page and customer journey optimisation
  • Helping drive a more joined-up acquisition strategy across the wider DTC function
  • Testing new channels, ideas and growth opportunities

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience across acquisition, performance or growth marketing
  • Challenger brand or scale-up background with a DTC focus (ideally FMCG or comparable)
  • Good understanding of paid social and digital acquisition channels
  • Experience managing agencies and driving performance outcomes
  • Commercially minded and highly data-driven
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Someone who enjoys testing, learning and improving performance

Nice to have

  • Subscription or recurring revenue experience
  • Experience across partnerships, influencers or affiliate channels

Logistics

  • Hybrid working, 2 days per week onsite
  • Travel between office locations will be required
