Overview
In this role you lead partner fulfillment and live activations for Crain events, acting as the main liaison among Events, Sales and Sales Marketing to ensure sponsor commitments are executed with excellence. You’ll translate sponsorships into activation plans, manage on-site partner needs, and help deliver high-touch experiences that strengthen client relationships and enable revenue growth. This position sits at the intersection of events operations and sponsor engagement, offering meaningful impact across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate partner programs from sale to onsite execution with Events, Sales and Sales Marketing
- Incorporate partner deliverables into event plans, timelines and run-of-show
- Translate sponsorship obligations into activation plans detailing timelines, branding and production needs
- Manage partner communications and planning prior to events
- Coordinate activations, exhibits, branding, speaking opportunities and experiential elements
- Lead planning and execution of custom partner programs and VIP experiences
- Support event registration, attendee flow, speaker management and onsite logistics as needed
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support sponsorship renewals and account growth
- Manage sponsorship-related expenses and activation budgets
- Serve as onsite primary resource for partner needs throughout each event
- Contribute to post-event debriefs, fulfillment reporting and continuous improvement
- Be a core member of the event operations team and support the overall event experience
Key requirements
- Experience in event partnerships, sponsorship fulfillment, experiential marketing, conference production or event operations
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating across Events, Sales and Marketing to support client satisfaction, renewals and revenue growth
- Exemption under FLSA with no overtime
- Location flexibility and willingness to work in-office 3 days/week under Crain policies
