Overview
In this role you will design and run integrated marketing programs to support Crain’s events, awards, subscriptions and partnerships. You will act as a brand steward, aligning messaging and customer experiences across channels. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Editorial, Events and Operations to drive awareness, engagement and revenue while optimizing campaigns with data-driven insights. This is a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where your initiatives help grow audiences and strengthen partner value. A key hook is shaping multi-brand campaigns that scale across events and products.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and revenue across events, awards, subscriptions, memberships, products and partnerships
- Translate business objectives into audience-focused marketing strategies supporting revenue and brand goals
- Serve as brand steward ensuring consistent messaging and customer experiences across channels
- Partner with Sales, Editorial, Events, Creative and shared services to reach target audiences and achieve objectives
- Create campaign strategies, messaging frameworks and briefs with defined goals, audiences and success metrics
- Oversee execution across email, web, social, digital ads, print and other channels
- Manage integrated plans, calendars and timelines ensuring cross-functional alignment and on-time delivery
- Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to optimize strategies and outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage automation, AI tools, and new tech
- Stay current on industry trends and share insights to elevate team performance
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
- 4+ years in integrated marketing campaigns, preferably B2B
- Experience supporting audience growth, events, awards, subscriptions or partnerships
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing across digital, email, social, web, print and experiential
- Experience with marketing tech, CRM, automation and analytics platforms
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate into actions
- Excellent written and verbal communication; experience with copy, messaging and briefs
- Proven project management for multiple complex projects with deadlines
- Ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience managing external vendors, agencies and marketing tech platforms
