Job Description
We have an opportunity for a Highway Maintenance Operations Manager, based in London.
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000pa + Benefits
Applicants must have a demonstrable background in managing UK Highway Maintenance Operations.
Experience Required:
- Management of the highway inspections team.
- Establishment and maintenance of an annual works programme.
- Working closely with sub-contractors to deliver road surfacing, barrier replacement, pothole repair, road marking and other schemes within the highway maintenance portfolio.
- Working with the commercial team to establish an annual budget and develop cost controls.
- Working with the wider leadership team to ensure a high level of contract performance.
