We have an opportunity for an experienced Plant Fitter to join a large Civil Engineering Contractor, based in Greater Manchester and covering Lancashire.
Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 + Bonus, Pension, Healthcare, Company Vehicle
The hiring company is primarily involved in road construction, with an in-house fleet of rollers, excavators, loaders, trucks and HGVs.
We’re ideally looking for candidates with a minimum of three years of practical construction plant maintenance and repair experience. A good understanding of mechanics, pneumatics, electrics, and diesel engines, along with experience in welding, is required. An NVQ or other formal qualification in mechanics or plant maintenance would be beneficial. Full UK Drivers Licence is essential.
