We have an opportunity for an experienced Plant Fitter to join a large Civil Engineering Contractor, based in Greater Manchester and covering Lancashire.
Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 + Bonus, Pension, Healthcare, Company Vehicle
The hiring company is primarily involved in road construction, with an in-house fleet of rollers, excavators, loaders, trucks and HGVs.
We’re ideally looking for candidates with a minimum of three years of practical construction plant maintenance and repair experience. A good understanding of mechanics, pneumatics, electrics, and diesel engines, along with experience in welding, is required. An NVQ or other formal qualification in mechanics or plant maintenance would be beneficial.
