Are you a skilled PCV Mechanic looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our maintenance team based in Glasgow, ensuring our fleet of buses and coaches stays in top condition and on the road.

Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine inspections, servicing, and repairs on PCVs (buses and coaches)
  • Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults
  • Perform MOT preparations and safety checks
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Work collaboratively with the workshop team to meet deadlines and standards

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience working with PCVs or HGVs
  • Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence (PCV licence desirable but not essential)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable

  • Full Category D PCV licence (if you don’t have it, we can train you through our in‑house training school)
