- Coordinate seasonal delivery schedules and work closely with Production and Sales to ensure goods are delivered on time.
- Manage freight forwarders, couriers and transport providers, including quotations, bookings, rate negotiations and shipment tracking.
- Oversee import/export procedures, customs clearance and associated shipping documentation.
- Manage relationships with UK and international warehouses and 3PL partners, monitoring service levels, stock accuracy and costs.
- Maintain accurate inventory across warehouse locations and sales channels, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Coordinate international wholesale fulfilment, including customer-specific packing, labelling, portal and delivery requirements.
- Oversee logistics and fulfilment for the CRAIG GREEN e-commerce business, including customer returns.
- Manage returns, stock transfers and reverse logistics across warehouses, factories, showrooms and the London studio.
- Maintain accurate information across ERP and warehouse systems and produce regular stock, shipment and cost reporting.
- Review freight, warehouse and customs expenditure, challenge discrepancies and identify opportunities to improve costs and efficiency.
- Work across the business to resolve operational issues and continually improve logistics processes.
What We're Looking For

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Confident working independently while collaborating closely within a small, fast-paced team.
