The Craghoppers Social & Content Manager leads global organic social media, content, and influencer strategy, primarily across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. The role builds social communities, manages influencer relationships, and delivers content across social, digital, retail, and the wider business, playing a key part in shaping brand identity, connecting with customers, and growing awareness of Craghoppers as a leader in outdoor and adventure travel clothing.
Impact you will have in this role is:
- Lead the creation and delivery of social, content, and influencer strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Own and manage the global monthly social and content calendar, driving engagement, reach, and follower growth through relevant storytelling.
- Create authentic, engaging content, imagery, and tone of voice that resonates with outdoor consumers.
- Brief and collaborate with content creators, brand ambassadors, agencies, and influencers (paid and organic) to deliver adventure-led content that builds brand awareness and revenue.
- Attend photoshoots and brand events to guide briefs and capture seasonal social content.
- Ensure content is strategically delivered to the most effective channels and aligned with Craghoppers' brand tone, values, and guidelines.
- Manage social and content budgets to maximise ROI and support business plans.
- Line-manage and develop the Social Media Assistant and Content Producer.
- Report on social and influencer performance, campaign analysis, social listening, sentiment, and insights to senior stakeholders.
- Lead community management and moderation alongside Customer Service and third-party tools.
- Monitor social and content trends and integrate insights into campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, web, PR, paid media, and international teams to deliver aligned, innovative, and effective campaigns.
- Act as a trusted voice within the marketing management team, shaping the brand's social and content output globally.
As our future Social and Content Manager, you will have:
- Knowledge of the retail, outdoor or fashion industry a plus, but not essential.
- At least five years experience in a social media, influencer or content role, with at least a year of people management experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Creative eye.
- Strategic thinking and ability to work on multiple projects at one time.
- Experience of managing a budget to meet department objectives.
- Use of Microsoft essential. Adobe and social scheduling tools a plus.
