As a key member of our Marketing team, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting and executing a wide range of exciting marketing initiatives. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading and owning key marketing projects from start to finish

  • Supporting the wider team in delivering high-quality, on-brand work

  • Keeping timelines on track and ensuring all deliverables meet our high standards

  • Bringing fresh ideas to the table to keep our marketing innovative and effective

    The Impact you will have in this role is:

    Photography & Asset Management

  • Organise and assist on studio shoots, including sourcing models, organising samples, creating and maintaining checklists, ordering stock and checking over imagery.

  • Oversee the storage of all imagery ensuring it is delivered to the necessary parties on time and manage pull through of imagery on site, conducting audits and reacting to any issues that are flagged.

  • Create a substantial library of video content for the brand and encourage usage in all channels.

  • Ensure consistency of creative approach and brand message across all communications.

  • Packaging and Swing Tickets

  • Arrange the creation of swing tickets & packaging for new season requirements, liaising between the buying and design team, working to deadlines and managing multiple stakeholders.

  • Retail Support

  • Support of the retail teams to provide Windows and POS, including deliveries direct to stores and into our warehouse in line with agreed processes.

  • Creating and scheduling content for screens in store.

  • Organising, promoting and attending in store events.

  • Working with retail centres and leveraging content opportunities on their channels.

  • Launch & Events

  • Assist the team in the arrangement and running of events.

  • Arrange and oversee seasonal fashion show.

  • Project management on the ground throughout events.

  • Communication to attendees.

  • Organising transport and accommodation as required.

  • Wholesale Support

  • Delivery of seasonal workbook in line with departmental deadlines.

  • Workbook – using our digital workbook tool, create and maintain the seasonal workbooks ensuring accurate and up to date information.

  • Managing CRM system to send out comms on seasonal offers via digital workbook tool.

  • Support regional sales agents with activations, marketing materials and assets for their customers.

  • Collate and handover seasonal pack for web team.

  • Respond to adhoc marketing support requests form sales teams.

  • As our future Marketing Exec you will have:

  • Some understanding of the outdoor or retail market would be beneficial

  • 12+ months experience of working in a similar role

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good organisational and administration skills

  • Entrepreneurial with creative flair

  • Strong initiative and self-management skills

  • Role may involve travel – clean driving licence required

  • Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint – Intermediate level

  • Photoshop would be advantageous
