Your experience
- Either a proven customer-facing Managing Director/General Manager or a Commercial/Sales & Marketing Director looking for their first MD role.
- Commercial leadership experience in a B2B technical product environment (eg. materials testing equipment, scientific instrumentation, precision engineering etc,) supplying industrial laboratories, academic/research institutions and, preferably, OEMs.
- Degree qualified in an Engineering, Electronics, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or other STEM discipline.
- Proven experience of managing & developing a Management Team to continually raise competence and aspirations across the business.
- Strong commercial awareness and, preferably, international experience.
