Already established as a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality branded coatings, our client is now enhancing its market position and offering still further through both organic and acquisitive growth. An integral part of a substantial European Group which is, in turn, part of a Global Corporation, the Company is renowned for its range of high-performance products, customer/technical service and product development/innovation.
Reporting in at Global Group Senior Executive level, an exceptional career opportunity now exists to assume full P&L responsibility for the pan-European Business. Directing all aspects of the European Organisation (Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Distribution etc.) with the objective of providing maximum profit and return on invested capital, you will develop and implement short-term and long-range objectives, business plans and policies.
The effective leadership of an experienced & high calibre Senior Management team coupled with your ability to develop and execute a European growth strategy (organic and acquisitive) will be crucial to your success.
Of Graduate calibre or similar, with a strong sales and technical understanding of B2B Coatings, you will possess proven experience of leading an International division. An experienced MD/General Manager/Divisional Director, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to successfully develop and execute sales, marketing and business strategies.
Entrepreneurial and commercially astute, you will be a focussed and motivational Leader, capable of managing & developing a Senior Management Team; engendering a “European spirit” to continually raise competence and aspirations across the Business.
This is an outstanding career opportunity offering a high degree of autonomy in addition to the personal progression potential commensurate with a market leading Global Group.
Given the travel necessitated by this role, suitable candidates will need to be located within easy access of a major European airport.
