Join our Employee Owned Team and power the future of fuel sales. As a Fuel Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in managing long-standing customer accounts while driving new business growth. You'll use your communication skills, commercial awareness, and customer focus to understand fuel usage, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs, all while representing the values of an employee-owned company. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow customer accounts, nurture historic clients, and proactively generate new business through prospecting and lead generation.
- Understand customer needs, use consultative techniques to identify fuel usage requirements, and offer the most suitable products and services.
- Maximise opportunities, highlight additional offerings across our product range to deliver added value and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Deliver exceptional service, ensuring all interactions reflect our customer-first approach, from quotations to order processing and aftercare.
- Take ownership of your pipeline, manage call-backs, leads, and follow-ups to maximise conversion and retention opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance, process orders correctly, update CRM systems, and adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate and communicate, build strong working relationships across departments, suppliers, and customers to share insights and best practice.
- Contribute ideas, provide feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
- Achieve performance targets, work towards monthly sales goals, margin management objectives, and company KPIs.
