Crafted is a series of life-friendly hotels and spaces where guests can be themselves and fill up on the good stuff: nature, food, wellbeing, craft, people and play. The first location is Crafted at Powdermills, East Sussex, opening summer 2025.
About You
Crafted’s culture will be inclusive and agile with ambitious goals and a start‑up mentality. We need someone who can deliver great service from day one and help the team wherever needed.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver smooth, confident service across the pub and restaurant
- Take orders, run food and drinks, and support the guest journey from start to finish
- Support the team by stepping in wherever needed—running, clearing, resetting
- Engage with guests with warmth and ease, matching the mood of the space
- Communicate clearly with chefs, runners and managers to keep things flowing
Qualifications
- A natural sense of pace, warmth and good humour
- Confidence to learn on the job and ask questions
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering great service
- Availability for evenings, weekends and peak shifts
- A collaborative approach—happy to muck in and help out across the team
