About You

Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver smooth, confident service across the pub and restaurant
- Take orders, run food and drinks, and support the guest journey from start to finish
- Support the team by stepping in wherever needed—running, clearing, resetting
- Engage with guests with warmth and ease, matching the mood of the space
- Communicate clearly with chefs, runners and managers to keep things flowing
Qualifications
- A natural sense of pace, warmth and good humour
- Confidence to learn on the job and ask questions
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering great service
- Availability for evenings, weekends and peak shifts
- A collaborative approach—happy to muck in and help out across the team
