The Watermill, part of Crafted Pubs, is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to lead a busy, high-volume kitchen and deliver fresh, quality dishes. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to develop the team, drive standards and keep service calm under pressure in a vibrant Surrey setting.
