As a Bartender, you’ll be part of the team that brings these moments to life, serving drinks with craft, warmth, and consistency. Your primary responsibilities will be to:

• Prepare and serve drinks to a consistently high standard, from pints to cocktails
• Deliver confident, attentive service across the bars, engaging naturally with guests
• Maintain a clean, well-organised and fully stocked bar throughout service
• Support smooth stock rotation and flag low or missing items to managers
• Follow recipes and specs accurately while moving with pace and efficiency
• Work closely with the floor team to keep service flowing seamlessly
• Take pride in presentation, both of drinks and of the bar itself

We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous bar experience in a busy, quality-driven environment
• A natural sense of pace and confidence behind the bar
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beers, wines and non-alcoholic serves (or eagerness to learn fast)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills — happy to muck in wherever needed
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering a polished, consistent experience
• A friendly, grounded approach that makes guests feel at ease
