As a Barista, you’ll deliver exceptional service while curating a menu of expertly brewed coffees, teas, and refreshing beverages, from matcha lattes to seasonal cold‑pressed juices. You’ll take pride in crafting each drink and serving it with warmth and care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver smooth, confident service at the Kiosk, ensuring every guest feels welcomed.
- Prepare and serve coffee, teas, cold‑pressed juices, and kombucha with precision and care.
- Support the team by stepping in wherever needed, from restocking to keeping the workspace organised.
- Maintain the food display, ensuring all pastries, sandwiches and salads are fresh, neatly arranged, and ready for service.
- Engage with guests warmly, offering tailored recommendations based on their preferences.
- Keep the conservatory area tidy and welcoming, ensuring a clean, comfortable environment for guests at all times.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and wider team to keep everything flowing seamlessly.
Qualifications
