A science‑led health and beauty brand that has built a global retail presence across major beauty retailers, including international department stores and specialist beauty chains. Now scaling their in‑house visual merchandising capability at a pivotal growth moment.

The Role

  • You'll own end‑to‑end visual merchandising projects from briefing through installation, managing timelines and stakeholder communications.
  • Your day involves curating VM designs, including POS materials, 3D visualisations, and spatial planning layouts, working closely with graphic designers and 3D specialists to bring concepts to life.
  • You'll work strategically with retail partners across beauty and FMCG channels to plan installations that align with brand guidelines and drive commercial performance.
  • This means briefing and managing external suppliers to develop VM fixtures and display solutions, overseeing production quality and delivery timelines.
  • You'll lead spatial planning to optimise brand presence and product visibility across retail environments.
  • The role includes supporting international retail programmes and global rollout execution, working directly with the Head of Visual Merchandising.
  • You're operating as a project leader and creative partner rather than managing people – someone who shapes how the brand presents itself at point of sale across international markets.

The Package

  • Annual bonus
  • Private medical insurance (dental, vision, vaccine, fertility)
  • Big on perks

The Person

  • You're an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager currently working within beauty or FMCG, with proven experience managing retail partnerships with major beauty retailers rather than in‑store merchandising.
  • You're skilled at briefing external creative specialists and comfortable managing complex international VM rollouts.
  • You operate effectively as a project leader, working with suppliers to execute installations from concept to delivery, and you're ready to join a fast‑growing brand at a moment of significant retail expansion.

A more diverse team is a more creative team. It’s our job to build teams of people, and we’re proud to bring together a global network of diverse talent. All applicants will be considered without regard to race, nationality, religious persuasion, sexual orientation, sex, marital or parental status, physical ability, gender, or age.
