Taking ownership of the full brand design process, you’ll build, expand and evolve the full system, ensuring consistency, scalability and efficiency at the same time. You’ll create high-quality visual guidelines across packaging, digital, retail, social channels and comms, defining and implementing the look, tone and rhythm of the brand and its output. You’ll blend brand storytelling with commercial objectives, working your magic across graphic and video content and prioritising a cohesive and modern vision. Overall, you’ll dedicate your time to creating design that can strengthen product education, conversion, retail performance and customer lifetime value, taking insights and data and transforming them into creative that don’t just shift perceptions, but behaviours too!
What We’re Looking ForA Senior Brand Designer who can take a vision and make it a reality! You’ll be an expert when it comes to commercial design and storytelling. You have experience implementing visual strategy for organic content and social, creating social engines and understanding how design can gain buy-in from audiences. You’ll be excited by the opportunity to take a brand and well and truly run with it. Last but not least, you’ll have a strategic edge and a portfolio that’s out to impress, full to the brim with outside-of-the-box thinking and the ability to deliver something different.
