The Position
This role is all expansion, so you’ll be a strategic thinker, ready to formulate the agency’s next steps over the coming years by putting your thinking cap on in the planning stages, not just looking to develop current business but targeting areas of growth, too. Making the most out of your excellent management and communication skills, you’ll build rapport with both internal and external teams, and you’ll stay consistently on the lookout for ways to improve and develop the agency, representing them with skill when networking and elevating the commercial output when selling. With your collaborative work style, you’ll ensure the seamless transition of new business wins, improving workflows, leading by example, staying adaptable and always ready to make critical decisions along the way.
What We’re Looking For
