This drinks brand has grown from zero to 20 million in revenue in five years by creating bold, viral campaigns rooted in gaming culture. With references spanning sci‑fi and fantasy themes, they've built a huge social following and are now focusing on expanding their presence beyond direct‑to‑consumer – a big step, meaning they’re on the hunt for talented, creative people to add to their team.
The Role
- You'll design packaging and printed materials that bring each campaign to life across their entire drinks range, creating visually engaging labels, merchandise and product illustrations that push boundaries while meeting production requirements.
- This isn't routine brand rollouts – you'll develop concepts from inception through to print‑ready artwork, and every single campaign is a completely different theme from sci‑fi and fantasy, to gaming culture, each requiring fresh creative approaches rather than templated executions.
- Part of a 7‑person design team where projects are visible, feedback is shared, and you're expected to originate ideas rather than execute instructions.
- The fast‑moving environment means briefs can shift at short notice, but it also means genuine variety in every project.
The Package
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with additional days at 3 and 5 years
- Option to buy up to 5 extra days holiday
- Sabbatical leave up to 1 month after 4 years
- Staff discount on all products
- Enhanced family leave and one paid volunteering day per year
The Person
- A Designer who is currently in packaging or product design, ideally within the drinks, food or FMCG space.
- You understand both creative concept development and print production requirements, with solid Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- Crucially, you're already immersed in gaming culture, sci‑fi and fantasy – our ideal candidate is someone who draws on these references naturally rather than learning them.
A more diverse team is a more creative team. It’s our job to build teams of people, and we’re proud to bring together a global network of diverse talent. All applicants will be considered without regard to race, nationality, religious persuasion, sexual orientation, sex, marital or parental status, physical ability, gender, or age.
