The Position
Day-to-day, you’ll develop branding, concepts, key visuals, campaigns and in-store activations, working your magic across projects from start to finish. You’ll execute incredible design across a range of through-the-line channels, using your passion and commitment to exceed expectations and set new standards. Taking real initiative when leading projects, you’ll collaborate seamlessly across the entire agency to ideate, develop and deliver exceptional brand stories. A confident and concise communicator, you’ll present to the wider team, and clients too! You’ll interrogate and answer strategic and creative briefs, using your up-to-date knowledge of culture, industry and brand trends to consistently look for ways to enhance workflows, processes and the agency’s output as a whole.
What We’re Looking For
Our ideal Midweight Designer will have multi-channel thinking, an eye for exceptional design and a real thirst to develop creatively! You’ll have a solid background working in an agency environment, mastering your commercial craft across brand and campaign projects as well as in-store activations. You’ll be fluent when it comes to Adobe Suite, and we want to see an impressive portfolio that really highlights your visual and conceptual skills. We’re after someone who has vision, someone who has the imagination for big ideas and the skillset to deliver them!
