Most in house creative roles ask you to maintain something someone else built. This one asks you to build it.

This is a brand-new senior seat at a premium beauty brand, created deliberately at the point where its creative function needs to exist.

The business grew turnover close to 50% year-on-year, selling into 82 countries with a US arm that's now its second-largest market.

They're looking for someone to step in to lead the full creative vision, establish and help define the creative process and grow the creative team.

The Role

You'll take full ownership of brand and marketing channel output - paid social, organic social, influencer edits, campaign assets - and build the creative function from the ground up.

That means defining process and workflows that will hold as the team scales to seven or eight people, and it means staying on shoots: art directing hands-on, not managing from a desk.

You'll lead new product launch campaigns and support a potential brand repositioning as the business professionalises.

You'll work directly with the founder, so presenting work and building alignment is part of the job.

The mandate is genuine: shape the creative direction, don't just contribute to it.

  • The Package
  • Hybrid working: three days in the office
  • Pivotal leadership role with real ownership
  • Enhanced senior-level benefits
  • The Person

You're brand-side now, with experience branding and art directing a globally acclaimed beauty brand.

You're commercially minded and used to high-growth environments - you want to see your work move product.

You've handled paid and organic social, influencer content and campaign assets in beauty or an adjacent lifestyle category, and you're comfortable building structure where none exists.

Working closely and directly with a hands-on founder appeals to you, and a fluency with AI in the creative workflow is a plus.

A more diverse team is a more creative team.

It's our job to build teams of people, and we're proud to bring together a global network of diverse talent.

All applicants will be considered without regard to race, nationality, religious persuasion, sexual orientation, sex, marital or parental status, physical ability, gender, or age.
