Craft is seeking a senior creative leader to own the brand and marketing output across paid and organic social, influencer edits, and campaign assets. You will build the creative function from the ground up and establish workflows that scale to a small team of seven or eight, remaining hands-on on shoots.

You will lead new product launch campaigns and support the potential brand repositioning as the business professionalises, working directly with the founder to shape the creative direction.
