Most in-house roles ask you to make safer work, slower, for more people. This is the opposite. The brand is led by people who came from places like Pentagram and Collins. The work ships in weeks, not quarters, with the budget to make it properly: exhibitions, large-scale events, print, not just another logo on a cup. You'd own your projects end to end, from week one.

The Role

You'll own the visual craft across campaigns, product launches, annual events, and environmental installations - high-impact work, made properly, with the budget in-house rarely gets. Within a 15-person brand studio, you'll take projects end to end, from concept through execution, with real ownership of your own work from week one. Day to day that means campaign and social design, exploring motion and emerging tools, and collaborating across marketing, content, and product design teams as the brand scales globally.

The studio is investing seriously in its people - four designers have been promoted in recent months - and the bar is high: work that lands as unexpected but relevant, never different for the sake of it.

The Package

Remote-first, with a main hub in London. Clear promotion and development pathway.

The Person

A Designer with strong visual work built at design-forward agencies or studios where craft really matters. You move fluently across campaign, motion, and emerging tools, and you're fluent in Figma - not as a box-tick, but in how cleanly you think and organise. You can talk about your work: not just what it looks like, but the idea underneath it. You take ownership - you say what you'll do, and you do it.

Most of all, you're ready to move from agency intensity to in-house impact: to see brand expressed at scale, owned end to end.

A more diverse team is a more creative team. It’s our job to build teams of people, and we’re proud to bring together a global network of diverse talent. All applicants will be considered without regard to race, nationality, religious persuasion, sexual orientation, sex, marital or parental status, physical ability, gender, or age.
