This creative team is behind one of the UK’s fastest-growing major snacks companies, and now they need a Creative Artworker to bring ideas to the table - not just execution. With two distinct brands that redefined modern snacking, and big projects ahead that demand someone who combines proactive problem‑solving with technical precision.
The Role
- You’ll produce spec‑ready artwork across packaging, print, OOH, and digital for both brands, working closely with designers to evolve layouts, typography, and composition across multiple formats.
- The scope spans packaging rollouts, POS, campaign assets, and brand touchpoints - preparing final artwork for printers, managing cutter guides, colour profiles, and finishes while overseeing repro and print checks.
- You’ll participate in shaping early creative direction, contributing ideas and creative thinking within projects.
- The team values builders over contractors - you’ll maintain file structure and archive systems, build relationships with external print partners, and manage artwork timelines collaboratively.
This is a 1-year fixed-term contract with potential for a permanent position, created because the business moved from constant freelance usage to dedicated in-house expertise.
The Package
- Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office
- 1-year Fixed Term Contract
- Free lunch twice weekly with in-house chef
- Summer party and 2 corporate away days annually
- B-Corp certified
The Person
- An experienced Creative Artworker with 4 - 5 years in creative production, specifically with packaging and FMCG experience.
- You have deep technical knowledge of print production and artwork preparation, gained either in-house at consumer brands or at agencies serving FMCG clients.
- You’re looking to move beyond purely executional work toward contributing ideas and creative thinking.
A more diverse team is a more creative team. It’s our job to build teams of people, and we’re proud to bring together a global network of diverse talent.
