The Role
You’ll take briefs from first concept through to final delivery – typography, layout, packaging, and 3D where the work calls for it. This is not a dependable-execution role with the thinking happening elsewhere; it’s one where you’ll originate ideas, lead work across multiple client projects, and carry concepts through to finished pieces people remember.
Beyond your own output, you’d have a voice in how work is made. Contributing to critique, shaping the studio’s design standards, and supporting less experienced designers are all part of the brief. In a studio of this size, that influence is direct – what you bring to the room genuinely moves the work.

You’ll have a solid background working in an agency environment, and your portfolio spans typography, layout and packaging, ideally with some 3D, and shows work where your thinking – not just your execution – shaped the outcome.
