The Role

You’ll be the creative engine on complex brand projects for major international clients, taking ownership of strategic design decisions that require serious thinking about scale and commercial reality. This means leading the creative direction of multi-stage brand projects from concept through delivery - translating strategy into standout work across the full breadth of a brand system. You’ll drive projects that typically span months to years, challenge briefs to push them further, and maintain long-term guardianship of brands that matter. The role includes mentoring junior team members and contributing significantly to the agency’s creative direction. You’ll articulate ideas with confidence both internally and to clients, working as part of a 21-person design team under a Design Director known for collaborative leadership and strategic flexibility.
